OGDENSBURG -- City police say a man on parole is jailed after pulling what appeared to be a handgun during a fight in the Agway parking lot.
On Friday around 4:54 p.m., police say an officer on patrol observed the fight in the Agway parking lot at 1003 Park St. A male victim said another male approached him, pulled a gun and threatened him, police said. A “physical altercation” ensued, and police said they recovered a BB gun that looked like a real pistol from the parking lot.
Dobbs was charged Monday, arraigned in city court and remanded to the county jail, Canton, in lieu of $500 bail or $1,000 bond, police said.
Dobbs is on parole for a prior felony conviction, according to city police.
