City Hall offices are open 8 a.m. to noon.
City Court is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. After noon, people should use Caroline Street entrance closest to Ford Street and go to the second floor.
Ogdensburg Neighborhood Center is closed all day.
Department of Public Works office at 901 Champlain St. is open 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Dobisky Visitor’s Center at 100 Riverside Ave. is open 8 a.m. to noon.
