Philip W. Stone, 62, was charged Monday with first-degree sexual abuse, felony, and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.
The arrest took place on Middle Road, deputies said.
The sexual contact allegedly took place at Stone’s home.
He was arraigned in Oswegatchie court by Town Justice Matthew Denner and ordered held on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
A no contact order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, deputies said.
