LISBON -- An Ogdensburg man was jailed Tuesday on assault, menacing and unlawful imprisonment charges following an alleged domestic dispute Monday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Jeremy B. Morrow, 45, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree menacing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.
Morrow was reportedly involved in an altercation with a woman where he restrained her and kicker her which caused injuries to her shoulder and hand, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Canton court and ordered held on $500 bail, officers said.
