OGDENSBURG – A complaint received by Ogdensburg police Aug. 11 alleging a sexual assault on a juvenile has resulted in the arrest of a local man for alleged rape.
Daniel M. Bell, 31, 342 Belmont Courts, was charged with second-degree rape, a Class D felony, according to Ogdensburg police detectives.
Bell was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court today and is being held at St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
