OSWEGATCHIE – Martin C. Hassett, 45, Ogdensburg, has been charged with felony sex abuse and several misdemeanors in connection with an alleged domestic incident reported to state police early Friday.
Troopers say they are still investigating, but have charged Hassett with second-degree aggravated sexual abuse, a felony; second-degree menacing, second-degree aggravated harassment, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon: with intent to use, all misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment: physical contact, a violation.
