OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg man was charged Aug. 28 with burglarizing the home of an ex-girlfriend and choking her.
David J. DeLarge, 40, was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Police said he allegedly entered his ex-girlfriend’s home without permission and a fight ensued, during which he allegedly choked her.
State police said the incident had originally been marked “no media” by investigators, but could not provide a reason why it had been withheld from publication in the state police blotter.
State police say DeLarge was arraigned at the time and was held on $500 bail.
