CANTON – An Ogdensburg man is behind bars again for allegedly assaulting another inmate while he was incarcerated in the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
Nathan D. Binsion, 32, of 511 Knox St., Ogdensburg, has been charged with second degree assault, a Class D Felony, in connection with the incident which took place on March 23, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
He was arraigned in Canton Town Court and sent back to the jail without bail, deputies said.
He is to fact the charge in Canton Town Court at a later date, police said.
