DEKALB -- An Ogdensburg man is accused of strangling and biting the face of a female victim, following a domestic incident Monday at 2 p.m.
William T. Irvine, 33, of 711 Lafayette St., Ogdensburg was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said Irvine is accused of engaging in a physical fight with a with a female, strangling her, biting her face and damaging property.
He was arraigned in DeKalb court and released on probation supervision pending further court proceedings.
