GOUVERNEUR -- An Ogdensburg man with multiple license suspensions has been charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after a stop by sheriff's deputies.
Matthew J. Hough, 22, was stopped in the village of Gouverneur for a broken taillight, according to deputies.
A check of Hough's DMV record, it was discovered that his license was under suspension, and had been suspended nine different times, according to deputies.
He is to appear in Gouverneur Town Court to answer the charges.
