OGDENSBURG -- The Ogdensburg GreenMarket announces the winners of the free gift certificate give-away contest held from July 7 to Aug. 4. The winners of a $25 gift certificate are: Dorothy Haggart of 232 Washington Street and Val Shaver of 600 Elizabeth Street. The Ogdensburg GreenMarket is at Library Park every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
