OGDENSBURG -- The Ogdensburg Free Academy Key Club recently presented State Senator Patty Ritchie with the club’s annual Citizen of the Year Award.
Ritchie was selected by outgoing Club President April Mashaw, who chose Ritchie for working with the student service club to provide assistance to hurricane victims in Schoharie County last fall.
