An Ogdensburg artist is taking his turn as the featured artist in State Sen. Patty Ritchie’s St. Lawrence County office. Ritchie has begun to use work by local artists to decorate her office in an effort to highlight local talent.
Justin Fishel of Ogdensburg is the newest artist to have work featured in Ritchie’s office. Fishel shoots high definition photos of St. Lawrence County landmarks.
Ritchie began using local artists in her office in March, and since then has showcased more than a dozen artists.
Fishel’s work will be available for viewing during normal business hours at Ritchie’s local office, 330 Ford St., Ogdensburg.
Ritchie welcomes other artists to participate in the program. Those interested can contact 782-3418.
