POTSDAM — A Norwood man was jailed Monday on a bench warrant following a report of a disorderly subject at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, according to Potsdam police.
Nicholas M. Fiacco, 28, was taken into custody shortly before 10 a.m. and arraigned in Potsdam court.
He was remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail on $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.
Fiacco was arrested March 11 for second-degree criminal possession of marijuana after a search of his home turned up a large amount of pot.
The search was the result of an investigation of a burglary and assault at Fiacco’s home on March 6 on Maple Street.
