NORWOOD -- The Village of Norwood was recently recognized for its leadership and commitment to the health and safety of the community for adopting a policy restricting tobacco use in village parks and playgrounds.
The village trustees and mayor were presented with citations from Assemblywoman Addie Russell and the St. Lawrence County Tobacco Free Community Partnership.
