NORFOLK -- Girl Scout Junior troop 50031 from Madrid combined their power with Girl Scout Juniors and Cadettes from Norwood Norfolk troop 50203 to help make 200 pink tissue paper flowers.
The flowers will decorate the Norfolk Arena on Saturday Nov. 15 at 4 p.m. as the Norfolk Norwood figure skating club proudly hosts Heathers Hope, an event that raises money for local cancer patients, in memory of Heather Emlaw Planty.
