POTSDAM -- Village police say they charged Jonathan A. Daggett, 29, of Norfolk with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while ability impaired by drugs and felony aggravated DWI: child passenger under age 16. He was also cited with child endangerment and pot possession, police said.
Daggett was pulled over around 5:28 p.m. Friday on Market Street, allegedly while intoxicated with a child passenger, police said.
He also possessed a small quantity of pot, police said.
He was arraigned in Canton Town Court and released with orders to re-appear on a later date, police said.
