NORFOLK – A Norfolk man faces several charges after allegedly causing a disturbance and trying to fight with deputies during a 10:18 a.m. court appearance Wednesday in Norfolk Town Court, according to St. Lawrence County Deputies.
Spencer A. Konitsiotis, 34, 958 Limehollow Rd., Norfolk, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct.
According to deputies, Konitsiotis obstructed and interfered with court proceedings and then attempted to fight with police when they tried to arrest him.
He was arraigned in court by Judge Grubee and released to reappear at a later date.
Deputies were assisted on the scene by the Norfolk Town Police Department.
