OGDENSBURG – The Ogdensburg Dobisky Center’s concession stand will likely remain vacant for yet another season.
Once again the city received no responses on it’s request for proposal to rent the kitchen.
The kitchen has struggled to keep a regular operator since its construction. Despite its location and negotiable price, it has not been leased since 2013.
The kitchen is 389 square-feet in size and includes basic commercial kitchen equipment and appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, grill, fryers and a stove.
Because the city has struggled to find a vendor the council has discussed potential alternative uses for the space.
Ogdensburg City Council will meet March 12.
