NEWTON FALLS -- A Newton Falls teen was charged with selling heroin Tuesday, according to state police.
Dylan M. Stewart was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.
All charges stem from Stewart selling heroin.
Stewart was arraigned in Clifton Town Court before Town Justice Friden and released to the supervision of probation.
Stewart is scheduled to appear in St. Lawrence County Court on Dec. 17.
