MORRISTOWN -- A man injured in a motor vehicle accident Sunday has been charged with driving while intoxicated at more than twice the legal limit.
Gary G. Hollister, 48, 256 High St., Morristown, was in an accident on High Street, and when St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies investigated, they believed Hollister was intoxicated. A blood test showed his alcohol level to be at .18 percent, more than twice the legal limit of .08%.
Hollister faces charges of aggravated DWI and failure t keep right.
He was issued tickets to appear in Morristown Village Court at a later date.
