Cecily LaVigne Morris beat Andrew Moses 114-26 Tuesday to win the Conservative Party nod for St. Lawrence County Court Judge, according to unofficial Board of Elections results.

In the Republican race for three Ogdensburg City Councilor seats, winners are Wayne L. Ashley with 309 votes, William D. Hosmer with 298 and James R. Amo with 193. Jeffrey A. Mooney was unsuccessful with 188 votes.

Primary results are unofficial as absentee and affidavit ballots have yet to be counted, which could make a difference in some of the closer races, the county Board of Elections points out. They say they will begin counting absentees on the 20th.
