LOUISVILLE — A Massena woman was charged with two felonies following a burglary complaint first reported to state police Feb. 16.
Karilyn S. Perry, 22, was charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny, both felonies, at 7:30 p.m. at the state police station, 26 Stearns St., officers said.
Her arrest status was not made available.
