POTSDAM -- A Massena woman is faced with two felonies and a slew of other charges after state troopers said she was arrested for drunk driving for her third time in 10 years.
She was also accused of resisting arrest and refusing to take a Breathalyzer test.
Kharissa M. Danboise, 25, is charged with class D felony driving while intoxicated and class E felony operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol level above .08 percent.
The DWI charge was elevated to a class D felony because she has two prior convictions on the charge in the past 10 years. The operating a motor vehicle charge is elevated to a class E felony because she has one prior conviction in the same time frame.
Danboise was also charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, refusal to take a breath test, no inspection, inadequate brake lights and driver's view obstructed.
The incident took place around 12:54 a.m. Sunday on Sissonville Road. Her arrestee status, accoring to troopers, is unknown.
Danboise could face prison time up to seven years, if convicted.
