MASSENA -- State troopers arrested a 36-year-old woman for allegedly making purchases with a stolen debit card.
Mitz. D. White of Massena is charged with two felony counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two misdemeanor counts of petit larceny.
She is accused of stealing the card from an elderly male and twice withdrawing money from his bank account, totaling more than $300, troopers said.
She allegedly returned the card to his wallet afterward and he was unaware she had taken it, according to troopers.
White was arraigned in Norfolk Town Court and released under supervision of the county Probation Department. She is to reappear on June 25 at 9 a.m.
