OSWEGATCHIE -- A Massena teen who was reported missing Dec. 17 along with his teenage girlfriend was charged with obstructing governmental administration after St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies found them in Ogdensburg the following day.
Jacob F. Cullen-Lazore, 17 was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, police said.
Deputies were advised that Lazore and his 14-year-old girlfriend Alyssa L. Newcombe were at a residence on State Highway 68.
When police attempted to taken them into custody, Lazore attempted to fight deputies and allegedly refused to comply.
Lazore was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Oswegatchie Town Court, officers said.
