MASSENA -- The village could adopt a 2015-2016 budget as early as April 26.
The Board of Trustees will hold a 5 p.m. special meeting that day as a budget work session.
“There’s potential we could vote that night,” Mayor Tim Currier said at the April 19 regular board meeting.
He said they will hold a final session and vote April 28 at 5 p.m., if unable to come to a consensus April 26, Currier said.
Both special meetings will be in the Town Hall’s second floor board room.
The tentative spending plan calls for no tax increase this year.
