MASSENA -- Village police seek the owner of the nutcracker decoration in the above photo.
An officer on late Thursday or early Friday saw someone walking down the street carrying the nutcracker.
The person threw it away and ran when the officer got out of his vehicle.
The owner or anyone who knows who owns it can call the police station at 769-3577.
