MASSENA -- Massena Memorial Hospital now has a mobile app called “It’s About Time” to track non-urgent emergency room wait times.
“MMH is first to share ER treatment times and reflects our commitment to provide patients with information they can use in their medical care,” MMH CEO Bob Wolleben said.
The app has a feature called “My Health Portal” where patients can view their medical records. It also links to the MMH Facebook page, which includes information on what’s going at on at the hospital and event. The app also links to the hospital’s website, which has information all of the services they offer.
“The MMH App is a first of its kind effort and our latest innovation in patient service,” Wolleben said. “The app provides an easy way to get and stay informed through fast and convenient mobile access to our community hospital.”
