MASSENA -- A Massena man is jailed on a felony charge after allegedly burglarizing his brother’s home.
Devin J. Riley, 20, of Douglas Road, Massena is charged with second-degree burglary, village police said.
According to a criminal complaint filed with Massena Village Court, Riley broke into Brandon Pichett’s Beach Street home around noon on Saturday and stole an Xbox One gaming console, four games, two headsets and a speaker. The items are worth around $580, according to the documents.
He then sold some of the allegedly stolen property at Gamestop and tried to sell some of the other items to friends, court documents state.
Riley was arraigned in Massena court on Monday night by Justice Gerald Sharlow and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
