MASSENA -- A Massena man is being jailed without bail on cocaine sale and possession charges.
Bryan K. Swiger, 38, of Douglas Road, Massena is charged with third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, police said.
He allegedly sold one gram of cocaine on Feb. 24 in Massena, according to the St. Lawrence County District Attorney’s Office.
Massena Police said state troopers collared Swiger at a traffic stop at 9:21 p.m. Thursday on East Hatfield Street in Massena.
He was turned over to local police and taken to St. Lawrence County Court for arraignment on an open superior court warrant.
Swiger was ordered held at the county lockup in Canton without bail, pending further court proceedings.
