MASSENA -- Daniel G. Petrie, 30, of Massena, who was in an accident with his vehicle at around 10 p.m. Wednesday, faces multiple charges, including felony driving while intoxicated..
State police said they charged him with not having a license, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of the accident, faiulure to stop at a stop sign, speeding, and DWI with two other DWI convictions in the last 10 years.
He was arrested shortly before 11 p.m. at 193 O'Neil Road.
