POTSDAM — A Massena man was allegedly caught huffing an aerosol can behind a store on Market Street Tuesday afternoon, according to Potsdam police.
Casey C. Gray, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct: Hazardous condition at 1:21 p.m., officers said.
Police received a report of a male located behind the book store who appeared to be huffing contents from an aerosol can, police said.
Gray was transported to the police station and found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, officers said.
He was the cited for unlawful possession of marijuana, police said.
Gray is to appear in Potsdam court May 16 to face the charges, officers said.
