BRASHER – A Massena man was charged with rape Sunday morning following a complaint reportedly filed with state police on May 10.
James A. Parrotte, 21, was charged with third-degree rape: victim less than 17 and perpetrator greater than 21, felony and acting in manner injurious to a child, troopers said.
He was charged at 9:35 a.m.
Police listed his status as held.
