MASSENA -- The Massena Intake will be closed during the summer of 2019.
Highway Superintendent Frank Diagostino said there are plans to rehabilitate the road, deck, sidewalks, curbs and drainage.
He said the boat launch will still be open. Access will be from county Route 43 (Town Line Road).
