Members of the Massena Volunteer Fire Department travelled down to Webster to pay their respects to the two fallen volunteer firefighters from the West Webster Fire District who were killed when ambushed by a gunman while responding to a fire on Christmas Eve morning.
Pat O'Brien sent us this photo of the scene.
Funeral services were held Sunday for West Webster firefighter and past Chief Mike Chiapperini, killed in the line of duty on Christmas Eve.
Firefighjters and mourners from across the country paid their respects at Webster Schroeder High School.
Chiapperini was also a lieutenant with and public information officer for the Webster police department.
