Massena chamber books concerts for summer series

MASSENA – The Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce has booked a full schedule of bands for its annual free summer concert series in 2018 at Massena Springs park.

Potsdam originals Northbound will perform Thursday, June 21, from 6-8 p.m. The band performs 50/60's rock, blues, and singer-songwriter music. For more about Northbound log on to http://northbound.rocks/ or https://www.facebook.com/Northbound-800541223459406/.

The young group Burn the Evidence will play classic rock, alternative rock and punk music Thursday, June 28, from 6-8 p.m. Learn more at www.facebook.com/pg/burntheevidencebandpotsdam/.

The classic rock and country stylings of the band Playback will hit the Springs Park stage Thursday, July 5, from 6-8 p.m. The bank performs Oldies music as well. Check them out at www.facebook.com/Playback-1867045540220117/.

Massena’s own Tracer James Trio is slated to play Thursday, July 12, from 6-8 p.m. The band is known for their bluesy rock sound. Learn more at www.facebook.com/groups/1745734645642047/.

Local favorites Easy Street will close the series on Thursday, Aug. 30, from 6-8 p.m., performing rock and classic country standards.
