MASSENA -- The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) 1968 and employees at the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation are conducting a winter clothing drive to help those in need.
They have asked employees to bring in gently used coats, snow pants, snow boots, hats, gloves or scarves that their children have outgrown or no longer wear. The employees have responded with many items collected already.
The drive concluded on Dec. 12 in time to be distributed for the holidays.
