POTSDAM — A man was jailed early Sunday morning after interfering with Potsdam Rescue personnel tending to an intoxicated person on Elm Street, according to Potsdam police.
Joe Matos, 21, Bronx, was charged at 2:38 a.m. with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, obstructing emergency medical services, disorderly conduct: fight.violent behavior, resisting arrest and unauthorized use of a license.
Matos was arraigned by Norfolk Town Justice Grubee and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $1,500 bail or $2,500 bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Village Court at a later date.
