LISBON – A 22-year-old Ogdensburg man was treated at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center for injuries he received in an ATV accident Sunday in a yard on State Rt. 37, according to state police.
Noah L. Garnsey, 22, Ogdensburg, was reportedly riding a miniature ATV around the yard when he struck a slight dip in the yard and lost control of the vehicle.
Police said the ATV flipped and rolled several times before coming to rest on top of Garnsey.
Lisbon Rescue responded and transported Garnsey to the hospital.
Police report he suffered a fractured sternum and fractured lower right leg.
No other parties or property were involved and no tickets were issued, police said.
