MASSENA – A Massena man faces multiple charges after he allegedly possessed and intended to use a loaded firearm following reports of an assault Friday at 7:57 p.m., according to state police.
Samuel J. Snyder, 33, was charged with second-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm.
He was held by state police after he was arrested on Stearns Street at 11:45 p.m.
