ROSSIE -- State police say they arrested a man who allegedly had inappropriate contact with a 14-year-old female at a camp on South Woods Road Aug. 26.
Troopers reportedly arrested Cory S. Leise, 38, Fort Calhoun, NE, for forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in the Fowler Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail in Canton on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond, troopers said. Leise is scheduled to appear in the Rossie Town Court Sept. 17 at 9 a.m.
