MASSENA -- A man is jailed without bail for allegedly performing a sex act on a minor.
Randy Bosjolie, 59, is charged with a felony count of second-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child, according to documents filed with Massena Town Court.
On Aug. 2, 2015, Bosjolie allegedly performed oral sex on a female less than 15 years old in the Town of Massena, the documents state.
He was arraigned in Massena Town Court by Justice Gerald Sharlow and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, without bail.
