POTSDAM -- VIllage police say Raimon J. Cuello, 21, of Corona was charged with second-degree harassment and obstructing governmental administration at 10:17 a.m. Friday at the police station.
Police said he had been contacting an unspecified local business and harassing staff after being told to stop.
He was charged with obstruction after he "contacted the police department in excess without a purpose or an emergency to report," police said.
