PITCAIRN— A Carthage man faces multiple charges following the sale of a firearm in Pitcairn Wednesday, state police say.
Robert J. Burns, 28, was charged with private firearm sale and criminal purchase/disposal of a weapon, officers said.
He was released to a third party following his arrest, according to state police.
We previously reported that Norman C. Butler, 24, was charged with private firearm sale, fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon and purchase/disposal of a weapon.
