MADRID -- A Ballston Spa man is charged with a felony after St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies say he allegedly tried to give Adderall to another person, for which he doesn't have a prescription.
Matthew J. McDonald, 20, is charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Deputies say he was charged at 3702 County Rte. 14, Madrid at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday.
McDonald was arraigned in Potsdam Village Court and released under supervision of the county Probation Department with orders to re-appear on a later date.
