OGDENSBURG — A Malone man was charged Tuesday with two felonies stemming from a complaint to state police July 18 of prison contraband.
Dominica Fuhrtz, 23, was charged with first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies, troopers said.
The arrest took place at 8:15 a.m. at the police station, 410 Cedar St.
He was released to a third party and is to appear in court at a later date, officers said.
