OGDENSBURG – State police say they arrested a man Tuesday morning following a complaint of assault on an emergency responder first reported on April 9.
Troopers say they charged Tyrell D. Williams, 28, Utica, with a felony count of assault: police officer/firemen/EMT.
He was reportedly charged at 7:43 a.m. at the police station, 410 Cedar St.
Police listed his status as held.
