POTSDAM — A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday afternoon following multiple reports of a suspicious person, according to Potsdam police.
Joshua Henderson, 29, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 3:02 p.m. at Arby’s on Market Street, police said.
Henderson allegedly ran through backyards to avoid police and damaged property at multiple residences while evading police.
He was released on appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam court Dec. 6.
