POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged a man for allegedly refusing to leave a residence and throwing a large rock through a window at the home on March 31.
Youssef Azzam-Rehali, 22, Astoria, was charged at 9:28 p.m. with criminal mischief, felony, and second-degree criminal trespassing.
He was released on appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam court April 27 at 10 a.m.
